2011 Market Prediction for Lloydminster, Canada

Welcome everyone to the year 2011! I hope this will be a very good year for everyone.  Lloydminster seems to be steady in the real estate market and great in the rental market.  The average housing price that sold last month in December 2010 was $200,000 - $250,000.  Every month it seems to be changing so I will keep you posted on our housing market trends and good luck to everyone in 2011.
