In the last couple of years our weather has changed drastically. We went from hoards of rain and snow to now a long winter. Will it get worst in dropping temperatures and no snow or will we soon see spring? Some people think we may have snow on June? Oh well regardless we keep moving on.
The Lloydminster real estate market seems to be fairly consistent. Last year was a good year and it is looking like it will be even better this year.
