Well my little baby girl is here. Wow what a life change. One minute I am busy showing properties and all of a sudden at the wee early hours in the morning my water breaks???? Ok I was sooo not ready I thought I had 2 more weeks...
So worth it. I have to however learn to adjust to being at home and not have the luxury of taking off and doing what I love Real Estate.
The market is doing great and hope that 2013 will be a successful year for everyone.

Welcome to 2013
I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season. I believe this year will be spectacular in every way. My market prediction for 2013 seems to be pretty positive.
I encourage potential investors to start seeking investment properties. This year will be a great year to invest. There are so many different opportunities out there for investors and us REALTORS® to make a profit.
My goal this year is to invest and start making an effort to stay focused with real estate properties that can bring in a good return.
This year however will also be interesting with work as well because I will be a new mom. I am excited because it will open the door to many challenges for me and my family.
